Charity Balls and Party Nights

ajmphotos can provide a fully portable studio at your charity event, Christmas party, birthday party, or award ceremony. We can take photos throughout the event and upload them to a secure online gallery for guests to purchase post event, or if required we have the ability to print and sell high-quality photos at the event on the night. Using a variety of themed and coloured backdrops, professional studio lighting, and high-quality equipment, we can guarantee that every photo we take will be well lit against an uncluttered background. We create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for guests to enjoy the experience allowing them to take home a lasting keepsake of your event.

Photos can be of individuals, couples, and small groups, in both a formal setting as guests arrive and throughout the evening, as well as providing guests the opportunity to dress up and have fun using our large variety of props for photo-booth style photographs.

At events we can print glossy 8 x 6 inch photos supplied in a cardboard strut mount and plastic sleeve, other size options and products are available to purchase from the online gallery. Prices for 8 x 6 inch photos are £12 each, or £30 for 3 photos, and when working in partnership with charities and non-profit making organisations we will share a 10% of our NET profit of photos sold on the night.

An attendance fee of £200 will secure your event in our diary.

We always work closely with event organisers, visiting the venue in advance to ensure that there will be sufficient space to set up, and meet with venue staff which we have found helps things run smoothly on the day/night.

We also offer some very reasonably priced photo package options, which have proved very popular.

We will take an agreed number of photos, print, and distribute them to your guests during the evening.

• 50 8x6 inch high quality printed photos from £325
• 100 8x6 inch high quality printed photos from £425

Both these packages are inclusive of our attendance fee, and smaller photo quantity prices are available on request.

Any additional photos taken during the evening such as group and fun photos will charged at our standard rates, and will also be added to an online gallery for guests to purchase additional copies  after the event.
